Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION POLICY AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. Refund Policy: When booking either the Inspire or Elevate package, if you have paid upfront in full and you decide not to continue after the first session, you are entitled to a full refund minus the cost of the first session. The first session is priced at £200 per hour. If the first session is 90 minutes then the non-refundable cost would be £300.

The refund policy is not applicable to the Nurture package. If you wish to cancel after the first session of the Nurture package, no refund will be given.

2. Payment Terms: Upon booking a package, the sessions won't begin until the full package cost payment has been made. If a flexible payment option has been agreed then payment will be due based on the agreed terms e.g. monthly instalments over a period of 3 months or 6 months.

3. No Refunds after the First Session/Month: If you choose to cancel after the second session or any subsequent sessions, no refunds will be issued and the total package payment will be due according to the agreed terms.

4. Cancellation Notice: If you need to re-schedule a session, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of that session's time from your remaining package hours.

5. Expenses: Package prices do not include expenses such as travel or any other incidental costs. These expenses will be discussed separately and are not included in the package price.

By booking a package and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy outlined above.
