The collected data is processed in our Omnisend CRM database and Google Workspace. The database enables Balanced Coaching Ltd to provide you with information relevant to your request. What do we do with the information we gather, and why?

We use the information you have voluntarily provided to us to understand your needs and provide you with the service you require.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we use this information to send you updates to relevant topics, and other correspondence which may relate to you. The details you provide will be stored in our Omnisend CRM database which is accessed only on a Need-to-Know Basis. You can always unsubscribe directly from our newsletters or by emailing us:

If you complete our contact form, we will use this information to connect with you in regards to your enquiry. The information you provide to us will be transferred via email and will then be stored in our database.

Coaching Sessions

During a coaching session, the coach may take handwritten notes to assist in the coaching process. These notes will be kept completely confidential between yourself and the coach. The notes are kept in a locked filing cabinet with no identifying data recorded.

Every coaching session will be completely confidential, however, the coach reserves the right to share  any information disclosed during the session with relevant person/s if they are concerned for your safety or the safety of others or if you have disclosed that you will partake in illegal activity.

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make minor changes, we will update the date below. Should we make a material change to the way we process your data we will make sure you are alerted to this.
