TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFER A FRIEND

1. Eligibility:

The Refer a Friend offer ("Offer") is open to all existing customers ("Referrer") who have purchased and will complete a package (Elevate, Inspire, or Nurture) with Balanced Coaching Ltd ("Company").
The referred friend ("Referee") must be a new customer to the Company and must purchase and complete a package (Elevate, Inspire, or Nurture).

2. Offer Details:

Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a 10% discount on their package purchase when both the Referrer and Referee books and completes a package.
The discount is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3. Package Eligibility:

The Offer is applicable only to the following packages: Elevate, Inspire, or Nurture.

4. Referral Limits:

Each Referrer is limited to one referral discount per package purchased.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a single Referrer can make, as long as each referral corresponds to a separate package purchase.

5. Application of Discounts:

The Referrer's discount will be applied to their next package purchase or their current one only after the Referee successfully books a package.
The Referee's discount will be applied to their first package purchase.

6. Timing of Referral:

To be eligible for the referral discount, the Referee must book and complete a package before the last session of the Referrer's current package.

7. Exclusions:

The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by the Company.

8. Termination and Modification:

The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the Offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.

9. General Terms:

Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.
