About me
My why
I know what it’s like to feel like your work and life no longer fit who you’ve become.
Before kids, I was climbing the career ladder at speed; I was building a successful career in senior marketing roles and was used to thriving in fast-paced environments. But after having kids, the way I worked, lived and coped no longer seemed to fit who I had become... or the brain I was beginning to understand in a completely different way. I went from thriving on challenge to constantly dropping balls, my confidence and ambition slipping away.
Then came the realisation that the jokes about me being ADHD might have some truth to them. Traits I’d spent years unknowingly masking became much harder to ignore once I was juggling the demands of career, motherhood and the constant invisible mental load that comes with both. Add in the crushing mum guilt and endless comparison to other mums who seemed to be “doing it all,” and I was burning out faster than my coffee could go cold.
I found myself constantly overstimulated, overwhelmed and frustrated that the systems, routines and ways of working that once felt manageable no longer worked for me anymore. I love being a mum (it's my favourite job in the world!), but I also missed feeling patient, capable, ambitious and connected to myself outside of the juggle.
That experience led me to retrain as a coach and specialise in supporting ambitious ADHD mums navigate the realities of balancing career, motherhood and identity in a way that feels sustainable, supportive and true to who they are now.
Because you deserve to have the best of both worlds: to be a brilliant mum AND feel lit up by the work that makes you you.

I want you to have the best of both worlds - it is possible!
Hey, I'm Annabella (or Bella). I'm a late-diagnosed ADHDer and a mum to 3 wild little ones! We live in Brighton, England. I've been lucky enough to live and work in multiple countries, including France, the US and Australia. As such, I've been told on multiple occasions that I have a 'funny accent'! I’ve worked as a Marketing Director in a variety of different industries and small to large organisations. Managing people and leading teams has always been the part of the job I love the most and after having a positive experience with coaching myself (both life and executive coaching), I decided to train as a coach. My coaching style is rooted in empathy, positivity and honesty. I use a mix of Positive Psychology, NLP, thought-provoking questions and my ADHD superpower of being able to spot patterns and untangle mental fog during my sessions to help you better understand your brain, reconnect with yourself and build a life that actually works for you.
