You can manage a team, hit deadlines and juggle school admin, hormones and 386 other things.
So why does "what's for dinner?" make your eye twitch?
Coaching for ambitious ADHD mums who look like they've got their sh*t together, but are done fighting their brains just to keep all the bloody balls in the air.
Let's make the mental load lighter, your head quieter and build a way of working and living that actually fits YOU.

What if the problem isn't your brain, but everything you've been taught it should be able to do?
The way we're expected to work, parent, learn, live...BE!
So much of it is built around a one-size-fits-all idea of what normal looks like.
And when your brain doesn't fit that mould, you're often left feeling like you're the problem.
Well, I call bullsh*t.
I'm on a mission to challenge the shame, stigma and expectations surrounding neurodivergence.
Whether you're navigating your own ADHD, raising a neurodivergent child or creating a more inclusive workplace, you deserve to be understood, supported and able to thrive as you are.
Brilliantly different. Beautifully capable.
So stop forcing yourself into someone else's mould and let's find ways of working and living that actually fit YOUR brilliantly different AND beautifully capable brain.

Hey, I'm Annabella (she/her)
I spent 10+ years climbing the career ladder in marketing, working my way up to Marketing Director, leading teams and doing all the things ambitious women are supposed to do.
Then came motherhood, 3 kids and a late ADHD diagnosis, and suddenly, a whole lotta things started making sense.
Turns out, being able to manage teams, deadlines and all the chaos of corporate life doesn't automatically mean you can juggle everything else life throws at you. Especially when your brain has its own ideas about what deserves your attention.
These days, I bring together my leadership experience, expertise as an AC-accredited coach and lived experience of ADHD to help people understand what makes them tick, connect the dots and figure out what actually works for them.
I'm endlessly curious about why we do what we do. I ask the questions that get you thinking, spot the patterns you might not see yourself and occasionally challenge the stories you've been telling yourself for years.
I bloody love what I do. Especially those moments when everything starts to click, the self-doubt begins to shift and someone realises they're far more capable than they've been giving themselves credit for.
And I'm not stopping there... I'm here to help change the way the world understands and supports neurodivergent people!
