Juggle with Intention
Coaching Power Hour
Stop carrying everything. Leave with a lighter mental load, knowing what matters most and what can finally be dropped, without the guilt.
As an ADHDer, when you're overwhelmed, it's easy to think the answer is another planner, another productivity hack or simply trying harder. But if you feel like you're constantly dropping balls, feeling guilty, stuck in overthinking or wondering why life feels harder than it used to (pre kids / perimenopause / diagnosis), the problem usually isn't a lack of effort. It's a lack of clarity and lack of understanding of what works best for your brain and your juggle.
Using my Balance Blueprint™ tool, we'll spend a 60-mins going deep untangling the chaos and figuring out what actually matters most right now.

You'll leave with:
-
Clarity on what's draining your energy and attention
-
A lighter mental load and a noticeable shift in how you're thinking and feeling
-
A clear understanding of your 'glass balls' (the things that genuinely matter) and which balls can bounce
-
The confidence to let go of things that no longer deserve your time, energy or guilt
-
At least one intentional decision or change you can implement immediately to make life feel lighter
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by the juggle, struggling to balance work and family life, or simply feel like you've lost yourself since your ADHD diagnosis / perimenopause or motherhood, this session will help you step out of the chaos and focus on what matters most.
Because the goal isn't to do more. It's to carry less.
I know what it’s like to feel like your work and life no longer fit who you’ve become
Before kids, I was climbing the career ladder at speed, building a successful career in senior marketing roles and thriving in fast-paced environments. But after having kids, the way I worked, lived and coped no longer seemed to fit who I had become… or the brain I was beginning to understand in a completely different way. I went from thriving on challenge to constantly dropping balls, my confidence and ambition slowly slipping away.
Then came the realisation that the jokes about me being ADHD might actually have some truth to them. Traits I’d spent years unknowingly masking became much harder to ignore once I was juggling the demands of career, motherhood and the constant invisible mental load that comes with both. Add in the crushing mum guilt and endless comparison to other working mums who seemed to be “doing it all”, and I was burning out faster than my coffee could go cold. I love being a mum (it’s my favourite job in the world!), but there was something about no longer feeling capable, patient or ambitious that made me feel like I was failing at both.
That’s why I do what I do now, to give ambitious ADHD mums what I wish I’d had when I realised the work I was doing no longer fit who I had become through motherhood, perimenopause or how my brain now worked (aka diagnosis) -> A better understanding of themselves, their brain and their needs, so they can make confident decisions that fit their life, family and ambitions. Because you deserve to have the best of both worlds: to be a brilliant mum AND feel lit up by the work that makes you you.
