You're holding it
all together...
but only one soggy weetabix
away from completely losing your sh*t.
Welcome to the Hot Mess Method™
The 4-month, 1:1 coaching programme for ambitious ADHD mums who are done feeling permanently overwhelmed by work, motherhood, hormones and the 386 invisible things they’re trying to hold together.
Make the juggle lighter, your brain quieter and your life more manageable. So you can smash work, be the mum you want to be and be genuinely proud of how you’re showing up.

Read this and tell me it isn't you...
Everyone's always thought you've got your sh*t together.
You're the capable one.
The one who's handled big jobs, led difficult projects and probably organised Christmas while answering work emails from a soft play with screaming kids.
But in truth you're juggling ALL the damn balls... and then some.
◉ Switching from work mode to mum mode feels like trying to dry your toddler while they're still in the bath.
◉ You replay work meetings on the school run... then remember the school forms halfway through your next meeting.
◉ One slightly blunt email sends you into an RSD spiral, convinced you've upset someone or messed something up.
You promise yourself you'll be 'fun mum' tonight... then someone asks what's for dinner AGAIN, your youngest shouts, "wipe my bum!", and you step barefoot on a soggy Weetabix...
You lose your sh*t.
Then it's 2am and you're wondering...
"Why does it feel so much harder than Jen, the school mum, who's also a doctor and still manages to be at ALL the after school clubs, join the PTA and bakes cakes for every bloody fundraiser?"
I get it.

Right, let's get real...
You've probably spent years thinking you're the problem.
That you're lazy, disorganised, too emotional or just being difficult.
And every time a new planner, ADHD app or productivity hack didn't magically fix everything, you blamed yourself... instead of questioning whether the advice was ever designed for your brain in the first place.
No wonder you're bloody exhausted!
The Hot Mess Method™ isn't about changing who you are.
It's about understanding how your brain works, working with it instead of against it, and building a way of working, living and mumming that finally fits who you are.

Can we fast forward 4 months...
Imagine if...
-
You finish work and actually leave work at work, heading to pick up regulated instead of replaying that meeting from 2 hours ago wondering whether you said the wrong thing.
-
You notice you're reaching capacity BEFORE you snap at someone asking "what's for dinner?" again, and know what you need before your eye starts twitching.
-
Your kids are still loud... you're just not hanging on by a thread anymore. You're JOINING IN. You have more of YOU left at the end of the day - for you kids, your partner, your friends... and yourself.
-
When your ADHD brain or hormones are asking for something different, you actually listen. You know which balls are glass and which ones can happily bounce until tomorrow. So lost school jumpers and unanswered WhatsApp's don't feel like personal failures.
Same brain. Same ambitious you. Same gloriously messy life.
Just a quieter head, lighter juggle and a way of working, living and mumming that actually fits YOU.
Let me tell you how this is going to happen...

Here's how we do it ↓

1
Find Yourself
Before we decide where you're going, we need to understand how you got here.
We'll look at the experiences, expectations and patterns that have shaped how you work, parent and see yourself. Including the things you've spent years believing you "should" be better at.
You'll start separating who you actually are from who you've learned you need to be.
So instead of thinking "what the hell is wrong with me?", you begin understanding why certain things feel hard, and what you actually need instead.
2
Own Your Superpowers
Time to properly understand the brain you're working with.
Using your bespoke Strengths Profile and our coaching, we'll uncover the strengths, ADHD traits, needs and patterns that are uniquely yours.
Not Instagram's version of ADHD. Yours.
You'll understand what gives you energy, what drains it and where you've been fighting against yourself unnecessarily. So you can start using your brain as an asset rather than treating it like something that needs fixing.
3
Chart Your Comeback
Now we work out what you actually want.
Not what a "good mum" should want. Not what your boss, family or 25-year-old pre-kids version of you expected.
We'll get clear on what success looks like now; across your career, motherhood, relationships and life.
So instead of making decisions from guilt, comparison or "I should...", you have a compass for deciding what deserves your time, energy and attention.
4
Uncover & Plug the Gaps
This is where the lightbulb moments become practical change.
We'll spot what's making life unnecessarily hard; from transitions and overstimulation to boundaries, working patterns, people-pleasing and the invisible mental load.
Then we'll experiment with support, adjustments and strategies that actually fit your brain and circumstances.
Less forcing yourself to cope.
More asking: "what would make this easier?"
5
Simplify the Juggle
Because understanding yourself is brilliant. But you also need Tuesday afternoon to feel easier.
We'll turn everything you've learned into a way of working and living you can actually sustain.
You'll get clearer on what's genuinely important, what can wait, what isn't yours to carry and where your limited capacity is best spent.
So when work explodes, the kids need you and your hormones decide to join the party, you don't automatically try to hold every ball tighter.
You know which ones are glass, and which ones can bounce.
People come into my world
feeling like a hot mess
They leave understanding how to handle the mess.
How to tame the circus and juggle the balls.
You don’t need coaching because you’re not good enough or not trying hard enough.
You need somewhere to stop. To think. To work out what is actually going on underneath the overwhelm, overstimulation and dysregulation.
AND to build practical ways of working, parenting and living that don’t require you to fight your own brain every single darn day.
That is what we do together.
This could be you too...

The Hot Mess Method is for you if...
→ You’re an ambitious mum who is diagnosed ADHD, self-identifies as ADHD or is beginning to wonder whether ADHD explains more than you realised.
→ You care about your career AND your family, and you're done believing one has to suffer for the other to thrive.
→ You’re tired of feeling like you’re constantly behind, even though you never stop.
→ You want practical change, but you know another planner or ADHD app isn't going to fix what's underneath.
→ You're ready to understand yourself properly, question some old patterns and build a version of success that actually feels good to live inside.
You don't need to know exactly what needs to change yet, That's part of the work.
And probably isn't for you if...
→ You’re looking for someone to hand you the perfect ADHD routine and hold you accountable for following it.
→ You want to squeeze even more productivity out of yourself without questioning whether you're already carrying too much.
→ You’re looking for a quick fix rather than being willing to understand your patterns and make meaningful change.
You have already tried harder. We’re doing something different now.
I know what it’s like to feel like your work and life no longer fit who you’ve become
Before kids, I was climbing the career ladder at speed, building a successful career in senior marketing roles and thriving in fast-paced environments. But after having kids, the way I worked, lived and coped no longer seemed to fit who I had become… or the brain I was beginning to understand in a completely different way. I went from thriving on challenge to constantly dropping balls, my confidence and ambition slowly slipping away.
Then came the realisation that the jokes about me being ADHD might actually have some truth to them. Traits I’d spent years unknowingly masking became much harder to ignore once I was juggling the demands of career, motherhood and the constant invisible mental load that comes with both. Add in the crushing mum guilt and endless comparison to other working mums who seemed to be “doing it all”, and I was burning out faster than my coffee could go cold. I love being a mum (it’s my favourite job in the world!), but there was something about no longer feeling capable, patient or ambitious that made me feel like I was failing at both.
That’s why I created the Hot Mess Method. It's the support I wish I'd had when I was trying to understand why a woman who could manage teams, deadlines and enormous projects could somehow be completely floored by the everyday juggle of work and motherhood.
Because you shouldn't have to choose between being brilliant at what you do and having something left for the people (including you) who matter when the laptop closes.

FAQs
What if I don’t actually have ADHD? You don’t need a formal diagnosis. If you’re diagnosed, self-identifying or simply exploring whether ADHD might explain some of your experience, you’re welcome here.
What if I’ve tried EVERYTHING before and nothing sticks? Good. Because I’m not going to give you another generic routine, planner or ADHD hack to try harder at. We work out why things aren’t working for YOUR brain and build ways of working and living that actually fit you.
Will this just become another thing on my to-do list? No 36 page workbook. No weekly homework guilt. The work happens through our conversations, with small, realistic changes between sessions. The goal is to make your life feel lighter, not give you another ball to juggle.
I barely have time to think. How am I supposed to find time for coaching? That’s often exactly why women come to me. Coaching gives you protected space to stop, untangle everything in your head and work out what actually needs your time and energy. Instead of continuing to firefight all of it.
Is coaching really worth the investment? Only you can decide that. But this isn’t about squeezing more productivity out of you or “fixing” your ADHD. It’s about changing how you work, parent and live every day, so you can feel more in control of your life without sacrificing your ambition or yourself to get there. And if you’re not sure? That’s exactly what the discovery call is for.
